TT Stays Green and Clean!
Earth day clean up!!
On the 22nd of April, a.k.a. TOMORROW it’s EARTH DAY!!! We are
celebrated the special day by cleaning up the whole school yard. Some of the grade 5’s and 6’s went to Optimist park. Optimist Park is right beside Tom Thompson. We also cleaned Rambo Creek.
When we got outside we used gloves and garbage bags donated by BurlingtonGreen to pick up all of the “junk” on the ground and the trees might get onto some animals which could hurt them, Eco tigers and the school are trying to prevent that. If people keep dumping garbage on the ground there will be nothing left for the animals and us.
